No rest for the Ivorian Presidential couple. Indeed, 48 hours after the end of the state visit in the South Comoé, the Presidential couple taken up their pilgrim's staff, this Thursday, September 17, 2015. This time, it’s the District of the Comoé that will welcome from the September 17 to September 20, 2015, President Alassane Ouattara. It is thus in the rush the Presidential couple started the visit by the locality of Agnibilekro. And as always, the First Lady Dominique Ouattara takes advantage of these visits to provide assistance to people in general and women in particular. The delivery ceremony of gifts and FAFCI checks to the women of Agnibilekro took place in the square of the Sub-Prefecture of the city. The First Lady was flanked by the Grand Chancellor of the National Order, Madame Henriette Dagri Diabaté, many wives of Ministers, elected officials and executives of the locality. Thus, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara has offered additional funding of CFA Francs 100 million CFA to the women of Agnibilékro for their projects. The extension moves the envelope for that area to CFA francs 150 million. In addition to this funding, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara has offered donations in cash and kind worth more than CFA francs 125 million to the populations of Agnibilekro. Thus, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara has offered a brand new ambulance to the urban health center of Duffrébo and biomedical equipment and cleaning products for the local health centers. Mrs. Dominique Ouattara has offered agricultural equipment for women's cooperatives and groups. Hairdressers, traders, restaurant managers and seamstresses have also received equipment to strengthen their income-generating activities. In social and educational fields, community centers, school canteens, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools have received materials for their equipment.

Mrs. Anne Desiree Ouloto, Minister of Solidarity, Family, Women and Children has called on women to trust President Alassane Ouattara. She argued that the head of state is the best advocate of women. And as such, he always gives a listening ear to the concerns and well-being of women. She then asked the women for honoring First Lady Dominique Ouattara, thanks to an efficient management of the funding they received. N'Bia Roger, the Mayor of Agnibilekro has, meanwhile, thanked the generous donor for her gifts. According to him, these gifts are intended to improve the living conditions of women in his community.

For Madame Emilienne Assamoi, spokesperson of the recipients, this financing is an aid to help women out of poverty. She wished on behalf of all the beneficiaries of FAFCI to thank Mrs. Dominique Ouattara.

The singer Anselme Semi brought a note of happiness to this celebration of women's empowerment. Women with the First Lady in the lead did not deny their pleasure.
