First Lady hands over FAFCI checks and made donations in-kind valued at 75 million CFA francs to women

First Lady Dominique Ouattara launched, on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at ‘‘la  place de la Paix’‘ in Man, the delivery phase of checks to beneficiaries of the Support Fund for Women of Côte d'Ivoire (FAFCI). Women, from Man; Zouhan-Hounien; Kouibli; Facobli and Danané, have felowshipped, in a festive atmosphere, with their host, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara. A festive ceremony certainly an important, which also recorded the presence of the President of the Republic, Alassane Ouattara and the members of his government. These are three 300 women from diverse backgrounds, who received each a check, of a a total of value 30 million CFA Francs. The prevailing blazing sun did not blunt the enthusiasm and the desire of Tonkpi women to thank the First Lady for her many concerns about them. And as usual, Dominique Ouattara came in addition to the checks FAFCI, the hands full of gifts for her sisters of the 18 mountains region. Indeed, she made donations worth 75 million CFA Francs to Tonkpi women. Indeed, to women's cooperatives and groups, the First Lady offered 15 hullers and mills, 80 field pulverizers, 500 watering cans, 1000 grinders, 1000 machetes, 100 wheelbarrows. To the different maternities, she offered 20 delivery and examination tables, 30 delivery boxes, 50 Moses baskets, and 200 antennal care inciting kits. In the social field, the First Lady offered 04 stoves, 04 freezers, 10 sewing machines, lots of sewing equipment and lots of hairdressing equipment. Always concerned about the education of young children, she offered to Dominique Ouattara College of Man, 15 computers, a printer and 15 computer tables for the media room, and also lots of books for the library. For the schools and the colleges of Man, she offered 200 geometric sets, 50 boxes of chalk, 10 sports uniforms and 05 footballs. She also provided donations to school canteens and childcare centers and orphanages of Man. In addition, the presidential couple offered cash donations of 5 million CFA Francs to Man people. A shower of gifts that people in 18 Mountains have enjoyed at their fair value.
