After Sakassou Botro and the solidarity caravan initiated by First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, in preparation for the State visit in the GBEKE region ended this Friday, November 22nd, 2013 , by the step of Béoumi . Just like in the previous steps, people massively assault the "TP" Stadium, the place where meetings take place in the city. Through song and dances, they demonstrated their gratitude to the delegation of the Office of the First Lady for the many gifts the delegation brought them in the name of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, just like old Antoine Koffi, a disabled living Béoumi, who could not contain his joy. Because thanks to Mrs. Dominique Ouattara , the latter has received a tricycle which will now facilitate his movement.

Thus, rice husker and corn and cassava grinders, sprayers , power pumps, watering cans , wheelbarrows and other materials have been offered to women's cooperatives and groups. In the area of health, 12 hospital beds, 12 mattresses , 12 delivery tables; 12 gynecological tables , 05 medical refrigerators, 12 delivery kits; 50 baskets, 150 kits of incitement to antenatal visits, and 15 trucks have been offered to the various health centers of the department. In addition to these material gifts, the First Lady also provided food and non -food supplies to populations. People with disabilities have received 12 tricycles, while school canteens , primary and grammar schools in Béoumi department have received all necessary equipment for their operation. The total amount of these donations is: CFA Francs 45 million.
