The First Lady Dominique Ouattara received members of the national office of the Rally of Republican Women (RFR), on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at her office in Cocody. It came at this meeting for Dr. Josephine Ouattara, President of women’s association to officially present its office to Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, RFR’s godmother.
