Cocody: First Lady receives Minister Governor Cisse Ibrahima Bacongo on courtesy visit
The First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, received Mr. Cisse Ibrahima Bacongo, Minister Governor of the Autonomous District of Abidjan, in audience on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. The meeting was held at her offices in Cocody, in an atmosphere marked by cordiality and fraternity.
During this courtesy visit, the Minister Governor expressed his admiration to the First Lady for her constant support of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Alassane Ouattara, particularly throughout the electoral process. He also reaffirmed his willingness to support Mrs. Dominique Ouattara in her humanitarian work on behalf of the poor. “This is just a courtesy visit to reaffirm my admiration for the First Lady after everything we have been through: the election of the President of the Republic and his inauguration. But above all, the decisive role she has played in all these operations from the campaign to the inauguration. We also came to express our admiration and renew our willingness to serve alongside her as we have done until now. We are at her disposal to support her,” said Mr. Cisse Ibrahima Bacongo.
It should be noted that this meeting reaffirmed the bonds of trust and collaboration between the two figures, each committed at their own level to the well-being of their communities.
