The question of the empowerment of women was the heart of the ceremony gifts of the First Lady Dominique Ouattara in Alépé ahead of the state visit of President Alassane Ouattara in the region of Mé. Nearly CFA francs 150 million in-kind donations, were mostly directed through the empowerment of women.
