First Lady Dominique Ouattara granted an audience, May 21, 2014 at her office in Cocody, to Côte d'Ivoire to Real estate Agents approved by the State. During discussions, the delegation of the Chamber of Real Estate wished to pay tribute to Mrs. Dominique Ouattara. Thus, after presenting his association, Roger N'Doumy-Kouakou, Chairman of the Chamber of approved Real Estate by the State of Côte d'Ivoire has traced Mrs. Dominique Ouattara’s career. President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AICI Côte d'Ivoire (a real-estate agency), he said, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara created an AICI agency in Paris in the 16th arrondissement, on 124 avenue Victor Hugo. In 1991, she opened an AICI branch in Cannes. AICI continues to expand and in 2001, she set up in Gabon and Burkina Faso in 2006. "Your reputation and competence are recognized by your peer realtors who identified you in 1989, Honorary President of the Chamber of Real Estate Agents approved by the State of Côte d'Ivoire," revealed Roger N'Doumy-Kouakou, adding that: "Your actions for the profession are nomerous but I will only mention one which is the most popular. It is the reduction of the property tax from 20 to 15%. It’s a rate reduction which is still in force, and of which all Ivorians of all walk of life take advantage.
First Lady Mrs. Dominique Ouattara thanked and encouraged the members of the Chamber of the Real Estate. She insisted on recalling that since the accession of her husband to the presidency, she has devoted herself body and soul to humanitarian work. The First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara had at her side, at this meeting, her closest assistants.
