Audience: First Lady Dominique Ouattara received Ms. Aïssata Sidibe N’Dia, President of the African Woman platform

The First Lady of Cote d’Ivoire, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, granted an audience on Tuesday, July 29, to Mrs. Aïssata Sidibé N’Dia, President of the pan-African platform “African Woman,” at her offices in Cocody.
The meeting was an opportunity for Ms. Sidibe N’Dia to present the major actions carried out by her organization during the year 2025. She mentioned also the forum on professional integration, held on June 28, as well as the upcoming 5th edition of the African Woman 2.0 Weekend, scheduled for October 4 and 5 in Cotonou, Benin. “I came to present the activities planned for 2025, particularly those of our platform. I also provided her with details of our event to be held in Cotonou, Benin, on October 4 and 5, 2025, entitled ”Africa Woman Weekend,” the third edition of which she sponsored in 2023.
This year marks the fifth edition of this ceremony in Cotonou. In addition, I outlined our initiatives for 2025 and the forum on professional integration that we recently completed on June 28. All of these activities constitute the main point that I came to present to her,” revealed Ms. Sidibé N’Dia.
At the end of the meeting, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara praised the commitment of the President of the African Woman platform to the promotion and empowerment of African women. She also congratulated Ms. Sidibe N’Dia on her ambitious initiatives and assured her of her support in continuing her efforts to empower women on the continent.
