Audience: The First Lady meets with Mrs Hélène Sultan, representative of the Government of Quebec in Côte d’Ivoire

Mrs Hélène Sultan, official representative of the Government of Quebec in Côte d’Ivoire, was received by the First Lady, Madame Dominique Ouattara at her offices in Cocody, on Thursday November 28, 2024.

During the meeting, Madame Sultan presented the various initiatives she is leading as part of her duties, aimed at strengthening cooperation between Quebec and Côte d’Ivoire.

In return, she was encouraged for the success of her mission. This visit once again testifies to the cordial ties between the two entities, in a spirit of exchange and collaboration.
