Audience: The First Lady receives the Director of Nero Sport Management

On Wednesday April 23, 2025, the First Lady, Mrs Dominique Ouattara, received Mr. Christian Yao, Director of Nero Sport Management, who came to express his gratitude and present the results of an international sports training project.
Organized in partnership with the Italian club Juventus of Turin, the training course was held in Abidjan from April 16 to 23, 2025. More than 250 young soccer from various regions of Côte d’Ivoire, as well as Mali and Congo, benefited from professional coaching and a unique experience in contact with European soccer experts. “The visit was to thank the Fistr Lady for all she has done for young people. Because if I’ve been able to realize these personal and professional projects, it’s also thanks to her help”, said Mr. Christian Yao, Director of Nero Sport. He went on to present his project: “It involved organizing a training course in Abidjan in partnership with Juventus Turin. We organized a training course from April 16 to 23, 2025 in Abidjan. It ended this Wednesday. It was attended by children from Touba, Bouna, Kong, Abobo, Sakassou and many other towns, as well as from several countries including Congo and Mali. There were over 250 children”, explained the Director of Nero Sport.
This initiative, welcomed by the First Lady, is part of a drive to develop African sporting talent and promote education through sport. This project demonstrates, once again, the importance of partnerships between local and international institutions in strengthening the opportunities offered to the continent’s young talent.
