On Tuesday, June 23, 2015, they gave themselves an appointment in the upscale neighborhood of "Chevy Chase" in Maryland, at the residence of a member of the Kennedy family. And the reason is as follows: these personalities have offered a cocktail in honor of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, President of Children of Africa Foundation, an organization created in 1998. This is therefore a very select cast, members or guests of the "American Friends of Children of Africa Foundation" association an organization also created in 1998 to support Children of Africa Foundation in its mission for the benefit of needy children.

Grateful for this support, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, made a report of the organization she founded, 17 years ago while her husband served as Deputy General Manager of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). A moment of intense emotion during which Mrs. Dominique Ouattara paid tribute to those who encouraged her to materialize the idea of ​​this foundation and to the members of this association. The 'African Children's Mom' also announced the acquisition of new libraries and the construction of a " Reception House" for child victims of trafficking and the worst forms of labor in Soubré to accompany the government in this noble struggle and the organization in Abidjan in 2016 of the bi-annual gala of Children of Africa Foundation.
