la Première Dame fait des dons d’une valeur de 135 millions
Aissatou Cissé, in charge of Education at the Cabinet of the First Lady Dominique Ouattara conducted on behalf of the wife of the Head of State, a mission of in-kind donations worth 135 million CFA francs to the population of Katiola Department, especially to women, Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at the cultural center of the city.
 
In the health field, a (01) brand new ambulance to the Hospital of Katiola, motorcycles for nurses, hospital beds, medical refrigerators, delivery tables, incentive kits and many other. In agriculture, shellers and grinders, sprayers, pumps, mototricyles, just to name a few. The First Lady also provided, many gifts in the field of education including complete sets of computers, stoves, refrigerators for women practicing in the field of restoration, sewing machines, hairdressing helmets for seamstresses and hairdressers, manuals tricycles for the disabled. Regarding perishable and non-perishable foodstuffs, 200 pasta bags, rice bags of 100 50 kg, 50 oil cartons and 50 tomato boxes.
 
Taking the floor, the representative of the First Lady has lifted the veil on this support. "(…) Dear brothers and sisters of the Department of Katiola, you occupy a special place in the heart of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara. That's why she asked me to come and bring you his affective and material support, "said Aissatou Cissé.
 
The representative of the First Lady has also indicated that as part of the Support Fund for the Women of Côte d'Ivoire (FAFCI) of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, the women of the Department of Katiola have, to date, an amount of more than 153 million to fund their income-generating activities in order to empower them.
 
The representative of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara finally reminded that during the year 2014, "10,000 children aged of the Hambol region 3-15 years have been vaccinated and dewormed through the First Lady’s “Children of Africa Foundation".
