The delegation of cabinet of the First Lady stopped in Betty, the  village of First Deputy Mayor of Prikro Moreover, who is also assistant to the President of the Republic. In this locality, Mrs. Patricia Yao Sylvie announced the donations of Betty a village part of the Department of Prikro. She reiterated the commitment of the presidential couple to their collaborator Koffi Sinan. Finally she offered CFA francs 500,000 to the people of this locality. After Betty, Mrs. Patricia Yao Sylvie visited Akananglo, another village in the Department of Prikro to proceed with the inauguration of the health center of this locality that bears the name of the First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara. In this village, neither the heavy rain that had just fallen in the department, nor the mud could thwart the determination of the emissary of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara to bring the support of the First Lady to the population of Akananglo . She stressed the importance of the opening of this clinic for the First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara. It is precisely the reason why, she argued that, despite the rain, she wanted to go to this place to proceed with the inauguration of this center. Continuing Mrs. Patricia Yao said Sylvie underlined the major projects of the development in progress in the region. 
 
Kissi N'Da Robert, president of the Development association of Akanangbo reminded the numerous humanitarian projects undertaken since 1998 by Mrs. Dominique Ouattara as part of her Children of Africa Foundation. He has also pointed out the gains of development in the locality. Thus, he revealed that in addition to the health center, Akanangbo now has a water tower. The village has benefited through the President's Emergency Program (SPP) for the construction of seven new classrooms, one kindergarten. However, despite these significant achievements, the spokesperson of the populations revealed that there is still much to do for the welfare of Akanangbo populations.
