A view of the training room

The Child Labor Monitoring System (SOSTECI) System entered its practical phase. So after its launch, on Tuesday, June 25th, 2013, at the international conference hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Inter-ministerial Committee for the Fight against Trafficking, Exploitation and Child Labor (CIM) in collaboration with the National Oversight Committee (CNS ) proceeded from November 3rd to November 10th, 2013, to the training of the instructors and focal points within the framework of the implementation of the SOSTECI in the departments of Soubré and M'Batto.

It is twenty-four ( 24) sinks, two ( 02) data operators, two (02) database managers and two ( 02) coordinators of these departments who are now equipped on concepts related to child labor, the general mechanism for the implementation of the Child Monitoring System, techniques of data reporting; the filling of questionnaires and the reporting framework.

The aim of this workshop: strengthening the capacity of monitors and focal points of the data collection tools to enable better reporting of information on the phenomenon of child labor.
