Memorial service for Rayan Yessin

This was a moment of contemplation and payers. This is the purpose of the Thanksgiving mass requested, on Monday 30 May 2016 at the Saint Paul Cathedral in Plateau, by the family of the French-Lebanese adolescent, Rayan Yessin who died tragically on the last Saturday 21st May.  The First Lady, Dominique Ouattara, on this occasion, provided her support to the bereaved family. During the ceremony which was officiated by the Cathedral Priest, tribute were paid, testimonies and prayers were said for Rayan Yassin’s soul to rest in peace. 

Before the burial of Rayan Yessin, Mrs Dominique Ouattara paid a visit to Yassin’s family, on Thursday 26 May in Zone 4, to express her heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased.
