Mother-Child Hospital of Bingerville
The Ivorian Government has decided to support the project of the Mother-Child Hospital of Bingerville, as it has done for other private hospitals such as Moscati Hospital in Yamoussoukro and the Saint John Baptist Hospital of Bodo in Tiassalé . This is a decisive step that has just been taken in finalizing the construction project of the Mother-Child Hospital of Bingerville. This will of the Ivorian state to support this major project of Children of Africa Foundation has been materialized by the signing of a convention, on Thursday, June 11th, 2015 in the Office of the Prime Minister in Plateau, between the two parties. The Ivorian Government being represented by Prime Minister Daniel Kablan Duncan and Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, Founder of Children of Africa.
This agreement is to define the terms and conditions of the participation of the Hospital in the implementation of the Ivorian public health service and the support that the State will bring to the hospital in return for its contribution. Thus, the Ivorian government has decided to support the project through an annual operating subsidy of F CFA 1.8 billion. In addition, the Ivorian state will cover the human resource requirements of the HME by making available medical and paramedical staff trained to complete the staffing of the Mother-Child Hospital Bingerville.
