Mustafa Khalil’s Funeral
"Our deepest condolences to El Khalil’s family from the President of the Republic Alassane Ouattara and myself. Be courageous. May the soul of Moustapha rest in peace. "Those are the words with which the First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara expressed, on Tuesday, March 18th, 2014 in Cocody Embassy, the condolences of the presidential couple condolences to Mustafa Khalil’s family.
It is about 5 pm for the motorcade of the First Lady, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara arrived at the residence of El Adham Khalil, “rue bélier” in Cocody- Embassade. Mrs. Dominique Ouattara was accompanied by her closest collaborators including Mrs. Patricia Yao Sylvie, her Chief of Staff and Mrs. Nadine Sangaré, Director of humanitarian actions. After presenting her respects to the members of the family, the First Lady spoke for about twenty minutes with Souad Khalil Mustafa Khalil's daughter, before taking leave of the family of the deceased.
Mustapha Khalil was the founding president of the international group Eurofind. He died on Monday, March 10, 2014 in Lebanon at the age of 74 years. His funeral took place, on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, in Saida, Lebanon. The 7th day ceremony will take place on Monday, March 17, 2014 at the Centre Islamique de Marcory (Islamic Centre of Marcory at 18:00).
