After Adiaké, the delegation of the Office of the First Lady Mrs. Dominique Ouattara has headed, on Saturday, September 12, 2015 to the locality of Tiapoum, a new department created in the “Adouvelê” kingdom of the N’zima people. Just like the day before, the emissaries of the First Lady were keen to translate into action the support and solidarity of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara to her brothers and sisters of Tiapoum.
