The First Lady Dominique Ouattara chaired the official ceremony of the launching of the “TRECC program”: Transforming Education in Cocoa Communities”, Wednesday, February 17th, 2016, at the Embassy of Switzerland in Cocody. This program initiated by the Jacobs Foundation will invest 30 billion CFA francs for the improvement of education from 2015 to 2020 in the communities of cocoa production in Côte d’Ivoire.
