registered its first newborns. <\/span><span title=\"En effet, du lundi 16 au samedi 21 avril 2018, ce sont au total cinq (05) enfants  dont des jumeaux qui sont venus au monde dans cet h\u00f4pital de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.\n\n\">From Monday, April 16 to Saturday, April 21, 2018, a total of five (05) children, including twins, were born in this reference hospital.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Une bonne nouvelle  pour Madame Dominique Ouattara,  la maman de tous les enfants de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire qui  a voulu marquer d\u2019une pierre blanche  cet heureux \u00e9v\u00e9nement.\">Good news for Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, the mother of all the children of Ivory Coast who wanted to mark with a white stone this happy event. <\/span><span title=\"Ainsi, elle a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre  enti\u00e8rement en charge les  soins m\u00e9dicaux  des nouveau-n\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur premier anniversaire au travers de sa Fondation.\">Thus, she decided to take full charge of medical care for newborns until their first birthday through its Foundation. <\/span><span title=\"L'annonce de cet acte de solidarit\u00e9 et de soutien a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par this act of solidarity and support was made by Mrs. Nadine Sangar\u00e9, Country Director of Children Of Africa, Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Mother-Child Hospital, during a visit to four (04) parturientes <\/span><span title=\"et aux nouveau-n\u00e9s.\n\n\">and newborns.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Ainsi, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un mois apr\u00e8s son inauguration officielle, le 16 mars dernier, en pr\u00e9sence du Pr\u00e9sident Alassane Ouattara,  l\u2019\u00e9difice sanitaire tourne d\u00e9sormais en plein r\u00e9gime.\n\n\">Thus, almost a month after its official inauguration, on March 16th, in the presence of President Alassane Ouattara, the sanitary building is now in full swing.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Lors de cette visite Madame Nadine Sangar\u00e9  a traduit le message de soutien de Madame Dominique Ouattara aux parturientes.\">During this visit Mrs. Nadine Sangar\u00e9 translated the message of support of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara to parturients. <\/span><span title=\"Elle s\u2019est non seulement enquise de leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, mais  les a \u00e9galement,  f\u00e9licit\u00e9  au nom de Madame Dominique Ouattara.\">She not only inquired about their state of health, but also congratulated them on behalf of Mrs. Dominique Ouattara. <\/span><span title=\"Profitant de l\u2019occasion, elle les a inform\u00e9 que les nouveau-n\u00e9s seront pris en charge par la Fondation Children Of Africa  jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur premier anniversaire.\">Taking advantage of the opportunity, she informed them that the newborns will be supported by the Children of Africa Foundation until their first birthday. <\/span><span title=\"Un acte de solidarit\u00e9 et de soutien qui a touch\u00e9 les 04 nouvelles mamans visit\u00e9es par la collaboratrice de la Pr\u00e9sidente de Children Of Africa.\">An act of solidarity and support that touched the four new mothers visited by the collaborator of the President of Children Of Africa. <\/span><span title=\"Madame Nadine Sangar\u00e9 a \u00e9galement offert des cadeaux aux nouvelles mamans au nom de la  Fondatrice de Children Of Africa.\n\n\">Nadine Sangar\u00e9 also offered gifts to new mothers on behalf of the Founder of Children Of Africa.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"\u00abCe matin, nous sommes venus \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital M\u00e8re-Enfant parce que cette semaine, nous avons eu les premi\u00e8res naissances de cet h\u00f4pital.\">&#8220;This morning, we came to the Mother-Child Hospital because this week we had the first births of this hospital. <\/span><span title=\"Nous avons cinq (05) magnifiques b\u00e9b\u00e9s qui sont n\u00e9s cette semaine.\">We have five (05) beautiful babies who were born this week. <\/span><span title=\"Face \u00e0 cette bonne nouvelle, Madame Dominique Ouattara, nous a demand\u00e9 de venir f\u00e9liciter ces nouvelles mamans, leur apporter des cadeaux et voir ces magnifiques b\u00e9b\u00e9s.\">Faced with this good news, Mrs. Dominique Ouattara, asked us to come and congratulate these new mothers, bring them gifts and see these beautiful babies. <\/span><span title=\"Mais aussi, nous leur avons annonc\u00e9 que la Fondation Children Of Africa prend en charge ces b\u00e9b\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur premier anniversaire.\">But also, we told them that the Children of Africa Foundation supports these babies until their first birthday. <\/span><span title=\"Ces enfants seront pris en  charge par la Fondation ici \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital M\u00e8re-Enfant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur 1er anniversaire.\">These children will be supported by the Foundation here at the Mother-Child Hospital until their 1st birthday. <\/span><span title=\"Pendant 1 an, les 5 b\u00e9b\u00e9s seront soign\u00e9s gratuitement.\">For 1 year, the 5 babies will be treated free. <\/span><span title=\"Les frais seront donc pris en charge par la Fondation Children Of Africa \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Madame Sangar\u00e9.\n\n\">The costs will be borne by the Children of Africa Foundation, &#8220;explained Ms. Sangar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Le professeur Sylvia  Da Silva-Anoma, Directrice scientifique et m\u00e9dicale de l\u2019H\u00f4pital M\u00e8re-Enfant de Bingerville  a traduit le sentiment qui anime l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 la suite de ces naissances.\">Professor Sylvia Da Silva-Anoma, Scientific and Medical Director of Bingerville Mother and Child Hospital, reflected the feeling that animates the medical team as a result of these births. <\/span><span title=\"Elle a en outre, r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les premi\u00e8res  interventions chirurgicales ont eu lieu avec succ\u00e8s sur cinq autres enfants.\n\n\">She further revealed that the first surgeries were successfully performed on five other children.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"\u00ab Nous sommes vraiment tous tr\u00e8s heureux.\">&#8220;We are really all very happy. <\/span><span title=\"Toutes les \u00e9quipes m\u00e9dicales et param\u00e9dicales de l\u2019H\u00f4pital M\u00e8re-Enfant sont heureuses.\">All the medical and paramedical teams of the Mother and Child Hospital are happy. <\/span><span title=\"Et vous auriez d\u00fb assister \u00e0 la joie qui a accompagn\u00e9e chaque naissance, de la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 la cinqui\u00e8me naissance.\">And you should have witnessed the joy that accompanied each birth, from the first to the fifth birth. <\/span><span title=\"C\u2019est une semaine qui tr\u00e8s prometteuse et tr\u00e8s symbolique pour nous.\">This is a very promising and very symbolic week for us. <\/span><span title=\"Nous avons eu cinq tr\u00e8s beaux b\u00e9b\u00e9s.\">We had five very beautiful babies. <\/span><span title=\"Les mamans sont tr\u00e8s heureuses de l\u2019accueil et de la qualit\u00e9  des soins.\">Moms are very happy with the welcome and quality of care. <\/span><span title=\"Et avons aussi op\u00e9r\u00e9s cinq enfants cette semaine.\">And we also operated five children this week. <\/span><span title=\"Les activit\u00e9s de l\u2019h\u00f4pital ont bien d\u00e9marr\u00e9.\">The activities of the hospital started well. <\/span><span title=\"Et tout le monde est tr\u00e8s content de partager cette nouvelle \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 le Professeur Da Silva Anoma.\n\n\">And everyone is very happy to share this news, &#8220;said Professor Da Silva Anoma.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Les parturientes ont tenu lors de cette visite \u00e0 traduire leur reconnaissance \u00e0 Madame Dominique Ouattara pour son \u00e9lan de solidarit\u00e9.\n\n\">The parturientes have held during this visit to translate their gratitude to Mrs. Dominique Ouattara for its momentum of solidarity.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Notons que des quatre (04) parturientes, certaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement prises en charge par l\u2019HME entant que personne indigente.\">Note that of the four (04) parturients,
