Dear Brothers and Sisters,
It is with great joy I am here with you in Séguéla, and I want to thank you for the warm with which you have welcome me.
The inauguration of the new integrated “Dominique Ouattara,” health center is a great opportunity for me to check on your condition and tell you how happy I am to see you.
I would like to tell you that your willingness to baptize this health center with my name touches me deeply. I am very honored and I thank you for this token of affection towards me.
I also have a message for you from your brother, my dear husband the President of the Republic, who asked me to warmly greet you and hug you.

I would also like to thank Madam the Minister of Health and Fight against AIDS, Madame Raymonde Coffie Goudou for the work done in the field of health in Côte d’Ivoire. Raymonde Congratulations for all you do.
I also welcome the presence of my young sister Mrs Lamine Affoussiata Bamba, Minister of Communication and Spokesperson of the Government; my sisters and wives of ministers who are with us today. Thank you for your presence and your affection dear sisters.
I then extend my thanks to Mr. the Regional Prefect and the Mayor of Séguéla, as well as to all administrative authorities present with us this morning.
Dear Parents Séguéla,
The event that brings us together today is a real source of satisfaction and you are right to celebrate in joy, for it is important for the city.
Access for all to health care is one of my husband’s priorities, President Alassane Ouattara. He is constantly working to make available to the populations, functional health infrastructures, fully equipped and with skilled staff at your disposal.
Also, I welcome the construction of this new health center, which marks an important step towards the end to all access difficulties to care for the people of Séguéla and the neighboring localities.
During my missions inside the country, I have seen that people in localities where there are no adequate sanitation facilities are exposed to real suffering. Therefore, I have made health one of my priority actions for the benefit of my fellow citizens.
It is for that reason I have brought furniture and biomedical equipment to equip the new health center that I have the pleasure to open today. I know that the equipment I am bringing you, will be used wisely for the wellbeing of all of you.
Furthermore, the ambulance offered to the maternity, will quickly evacuate pregnant women and patients in emergency situations. I hope that these donations to you, will serve to significantly improve your daily life.
Finally, to all medical staff, I would like to express my encouragement, and thank you for taking care of your fellow brothers and sisters. Your civility and professionalism help make your profession more attractive and I would like to congratulate you.
I wish you all a good day.
Thank you.
