9th edition of the “Makutano” Forum in Abidjan: First Lady Dominique Ouattara talks to Nicole Sulu
The meeting took place at the First Lady’s office in Cocody, and witnessed also the presence of H.E. Mr Adjé Silas Metch, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Mr Serge Hié, who was associated with the event.
Ms Nicole Sulu was keen to meet the First Lady to officially announce the organization of the 9th edition of the “Makutano” Forum, which means “Encounter” to take place from September 20 to 21, 2023, in Abidjan.
First Lady Dominique Ouattara took the opportunity to congratulate her guest. In addition, the wife of the Head of State expressed her interest in this forum, which will create a bridge between Côte d’Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of Congo, because an important delegation from DRC will be attending the event.
Nicole Sulu is deeply committed to women entrepreneurs, and in particular to all the “moms” who play a vital role in the national economy. She is convinced that Africa is opening up to the world with a rare energy and offers multiple opportunities.
